Performance

In water-based/alcohol ether systems, KMK-217 provides excellent grinding and dispersion performance for

carbon black and organic pigments. It can increase the amount of toner in the grinding formula and provides

low foam and good storage stability.

Recommended Dosage

Pigment Recommended Dosage

Titanium dioxide 10–12%

Inorganic fillers, such as calcium carbonate and talcum powder 20–30%

Common organic pigments 30–75%

Use levels, packaging, and storage

High-structure carbon black 130–150%

Packaging & Storage:

  • 25 kg or 200 kg sealed drums
  • Keep away from sources of fire and heat
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • After opening, ensure tight sealing and store upright to prevent leakage
  • Sensitive to moisture
  • Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture
  • Layering during storage does not affect application efficiency.
